Subject: Give it up for Linkedin

Now that sounds a little strong doesn't it. Well maybe it, maybe I am in love with Linkedin. It's possible.

I have just been updating my profile, like one should and realised I hadn't preached the platform onto you guys. Selfish I know. But I'm here now.

If you're a university student you will probably have heard of Linkedin and if you haven't... listen up and pay attention. Lectures bang on about how important it is and that everyone should have a profile. Well that's is fairly obvious - but you should have more than that, you should be ON it. Quite literally. At least once a week you should be having a scan through the home feed, catching up to date with what everyone (your connections) is up to. Like some updates - congratulations a friend or stranger on their promotion.

The more active you are the more popular your profile will become. If you view the CEO of Whistles profile they may just view you back...

So become active reallllly active and share as much as you can.

Your profile should reflect your CV and then some. It should be the sexiest profile you have as it's the one that will get you hired and paid.

Send me an email if you want me to have a look at your profile or you want me to advise how you can jazz it up a little.

Kind regards,

The Intern
