What is Purse and Elle?

Purse & Elle is a personal assistant company turned virtual assistant company turned brand strategy and digital marketing agency. We are currently working with influencers and start-ups to create a cohesive brand strategy and bring their product to their target market with a bang. Right now we are doing a little bit of everything. It’s crazy, but we love it. Our goal is to become an agency that connects cool brands with influencers that fit their vibe!

Why did you decide to start Purse and Elle?

This is a lifelong dream in the making. We always said we wanted to build something together that we could be proud of. P&E is the realization of that dream!

What is the best thing about being your own bosses?

Making your own schedule, creative liberties… really the freedom of being your own boss rocks

What is the worst thing about being your own bosses?

Our biggest thing in owning your own business is the feeling of never being “off”. At a corporate job, you clock in and out. When it’s just you and your work sometimes it’s hard to know when to clock out or if that’s even possible.

What’s one piece of advice would you give to anyone looking to venture out on their own in their career?

DO IT! There will never be a great time, it will always feel scary, but regardless of the outcome, you’ll be glad you did it. Go get it! Anything is possible.

One piece of advice for someone who has no idea what they want to do?

Again, DO IT! We had this same issue. One day we just said, “screw it!”. Let’s be personal assistants and see where it goes. A year later our company has changed 3 times. We’re so happy we just did something, instead of waiting for the “right thing” or “right time”.

What one thing would you both would do differently if you could go back in time?

We’re firm believers in having no regrets. So - nothing!

If you had Mondays off forever, and you weren't allowed to work, what would you both do?

Film for our passion project YouTube channel!

Where can people find you?
